Project information

BuM Beton- und Monierbau GmbH is a mid-sized firm specialising in mountain terrain construction technology, specialist underground construction, masonry construction, and structural engineering.

With the move of its management staff and machine maintenance department to the new company headquarters in Herten, a modern workplace, suited to all the requirements of today’s office work, was created for the firm’s employees.

The new-build construction offers office and meeting space for all of the company’s management and planning departments.

The construction comprised a management office building and a workshop spaced over 2,500 square metres.
